Bruno and Danilo Nada craft some of the most expressive artisan wines in Piedmont. Vinification is done in tank, manual pumpovers and punchdowns. There is no extended maceration here. The wines are barreled down by the end of the year and then spend about 24 months in cask. Nada is among the growers who started harvest before the October rains, paused, and finished once the fruit had dried out. This year, the Barbaresco Montaribaldi is especially fine.
