Alberto Cordero di Montezemolo describes 2015 as one of the most condensed harvests in recent memory. The summer months were especially hot and dry until rain arrived in the middle of August. The 2015 Barolos are all attractive wines that need a few years in bottle to shine. When young, the Barolos can be a bit marked by oak, but they tend to age gracefully.
