Winemaker Sabrine Rodems makes some of the most distinctive wines in California's Central Coast. She also seems to be willing to take more risks than most of her colleagues, which means that at times here wines are edgy. One thing these wines never lack is personality. The stripped down approach at Wrath seems to work best with the Pinots, which are made with whole clusters and see a relatively low amount of new oak, usually around 35%.
