I tasted a wide range of wines during my most recent visit at Peter Michael. Winemaker Nic Morlet, along with his brother, Luc, who remains as a consultant, have turned out a bevy of beautiful wines. As is the case in many parts of Northern California, the 2015 vintage had the effect of attentuating the differences between sites, something that can be seen with the 2016 and 2015 Chardonnays, and the 2015 and 2014 Bordeaux reds. That is a pretty small quibble at this level, though.
