This is a fabulous set of wines from Thomas Rivers Brown and Genevieve Marie Welsh. In particular, the 2013 Chardonnays are fabulous. Brown reported that malos were quite long, but the resulting wines are deep, rich and absolutely beautiful. Readers will find an especially dark set of Pinots in 2013, with a bit more overall intensity and less of the overt radiance of the 2012s. The Occidental Ridge, Silver Eagle and Kanzler saw about 10% whole clusters. Most of the 2013 Pinots were aged in about 33% new oak, while the top bottlings saw 100% new oak. The wines were bottled in early December 2014.
