There are plenty of highlights in this range from Alan Peirson and Robbie Meyer. On the Sonoma side, I find both the appellation Chardonnay and Pinot to be especially of note. Both Napa Valley offerings are strong. The wines fall into a middle of the road style that is neither too lean nor overly ripe. For that reason, I imagine these wines will find plenty of admirers, as they should, because they are terrific.
