This is a fine showing from proprietor Alan Manley. Harvest took place between October 13 and 18. The 2020 was fermented with ambient yeasts and saw about 47 days on the skins, followed by malolactic fermentation in concrete. The wine is then settled and moved into cask by December or January after harvest. Aging was two and half years in French oak casks.
