Jaffurs makes a wide range of wines, but in my view excels most with their Syrahs. The 2019s are deep, layered expressions of place. Most of the Syrahs, with the exception of the Thompson, see some stem influence, an approach that works so well for many of the sites that are featured in this portfolio.
