Fisher Vineyards is one of California's under the radar jewels. The Fishers own two estates. Their Sonoma property is the source of the Chardonnays, the Mountain Estate and Wedding Cabernets, the Cabernet Franc and the Syrah, while the Coach Insignia, Lamb, RCF and Cameron are all made from the family's vineyards in Calistoga. Fisher also makes a set of wines from purchased fruit for their Unity label, which is an entry-level range of wines meant for restaurants. Those wines are reviewed here separately.
