Pascal Mugneret's 2015s are terrific. If anything, I left my visit wishing there were more wines in this lineup. Mugneret's wines are defined by their sleek, racy personalities. Harvest started on September 5th and ended on the 8th, which is on the earlier side for the year. Mugneret gave the 2015s 18 days of cuvaison, with three punchdowns over the course of that time. On average, the 2015s were done with 30-40% whole clusters, but the stem component never sticks out in these wines.
