Terre Dora was created in the 1990s after a falling out among the Mastroberardinos, and this branch of the family wound up with most of the vineyard land in the settlement. The wines are pleasurable and professionally made, but it is hard to believe that these vineyards, some of the best in the zone, can't give wines with a bit more excitement.
