There are plenty of highlights in this range from Capezzana, including the terrific 2011 Carmignano and 2008 Vin Santo. I also once again very much like the entry-level Monna Nera a value play. The wines are made in a pretty middle of the road style, with the exception of the Cabernet Sauvignon-based Ghiaie della Furba, which is much more extracted, dense and powerful than the other wines in the lineup.
