These are the best wines I have tasted from Jessica Gasca. Over the last few years, Gasca has really dialed in her style, leaving some of the excessively austere leanings of some past wines in the rearview mirror. The result is a range of nuanced whites and reds that articulate the essence of variety, vintage and site. Winemaking is minimalistic, with only modest wood influence. Whole clusters in the reds are used with restraint.
