This is a terrific set of wines from Ryan and Megan Glaab. Readers will find a number of new bottlings in the range. As always, the wines are done in a hands-off style, with ambient fermentations and aging in neutral vessels. Some of the whites see time on the skins, as indicated in the reviews. Ryme embodies the essence of small production, artisan wine in California.
