The 2021 Cabernets are without question the highlights in this range from PlumpJack and winemaker Aaron Miller. The Reserve Cabernet, in particular, is a great example of the wines from this part of Oakville, namely the stretch of vineyards that lie just west of the Silverado Trail in the foothills of the Vaca Mountains.
