Montesecondo was one of the highlights of my July tastings. The wines I saw were distinctive and full of character. Sustainable farming practices and minimalist approach in the cellar yields wines that really speak with personality. The 2018 Sangiovese shows tons of youthful allure, while the 2017 Chianti Classico is one of the finest wines I have tasted yet from this challenging harvest.
