According to Steve Edmunds, "2010 was like heaven for my style of white wine: the grapes developed a lot of flavor without too much sugar and held their acidity. The wines are very tasty now but have the stuff to age." He admitted that his red grapes in 2009 "probably got a little riper than my ideal, but that's a model that a lot people would call too far on the un-New World side, so I guess the grapes were what most people would call pretty much right."
