This is a fine set of 2023s from Henri Boillot. As always, the wines are on the richer end of the stylistic spectrum in Burgundy, and yet I find they capture plenty of site character. One of the things I admire most about these wines is the level of quality in some of the less prestigious bottlings. I tasted all the 2023s from tank just prior to bottling.
