I can't say enough good things about Demetria. Proprietors John and Sandra Zahoudanis have done a magnificent job with these new releases. This lineup is full of thrilling wines. In general, the Demetria wines are made in a fairly stripped down manner. Whole clusters are used throughout the range. The wines are aged for 18+ months in barrel, most of it neutral French oak. At their best, the Demetria wines are rich, and deeply expressive of site.
