Colombera & Garella, a partnership between the Colombera family and winemaker Cristiano Garella, is one of the new estates in Alto Piemonte that has been created in recent years. Colombera & Garella farm seven hectares of vineyards in Bramaterra and Lessona. The wines are fermented in cement using ambient yeasts. Malos also take place in cement. The wines are racked in cask the following spring, with the exception of the Melascone (formerly Coste di Sesia), which only sees cement.
