Set high in the hills of Treiso, Rizzi is one the most beautiful estates in Piedmont. The wines have been up and down over the years. I would be thrilled - as would all lovers of Barbaresco - if these 2010s represented a definitive move towards higher quality. Simply put, these are the very best wines I have ever tasted from Rizzi.
