I was deeply impressed with the wines I tasted at BOND. The bottled 2021s are every bit as strong as they were from barrel, but what struck me most in this tasting were the young 2022s. Interestingly, while the evolution of style in recent years at Harlan Estate and Promontory has been quite pronounced, at BOND, those changes seem to be evolving at a slightly slower pace.
