This a superb set of 2019 from Turnbull. Winemaker Peter Heitz should probably win an award for the quality of what he is consistently able to turn out here. The Turnbull winery is as no-frills as they come in Napa Valley today. Heitz works with just the bare essentials, but that does not seem to prevent him from making gorgeous, lush Cabernets year in, year out. As always, the entry-level wines here are terrific and deliver tons of value.
