I was deeply impressed with these new releases from Benoît and Mélanie Tarlant. The wines are complex, layered and so full of character. The house style is defined by an emphasis on long aging in the cellars to create texture, depth and layers, which then allows for the wines to be bottled with no dosage, and yet not feel austere. Readers will find the relevant details in the tasting notes. These are very special Champagnes.
