These four Cabernet Sauvignons from Ray Signorello and long-time winemaker Pierre Birebent are the highlights among the wines I tasted during a recent visit to the property. The Signorello Cabernets are all rich, luscious and fruit-driven in style. In 2011 Signorello opted to make a single Cabernet Sauvignon, so there is no Padrone, while it appears likely that in 2012 there will only be a Padrone. I also tasted the 2002 Padrone, a wine that has held up beautifully.
