Philine Dienger crafts nuanced, translucent wines endowed with tons of character. A skilled viticulturist and winemaker, Dienger is one of the most promising young producers in Piedmont. Thus far, she has faced two limiting factors: the quality of her vineyards and the conditions in her cellar. Recently, Dienger addressed the first issue by purchasing a plot in Le Coste di Monforte that will replace her holdings in Preda. Hopefully she will find a more suitable home for her wines in the near future.
