Colleen and Nicholas Harbour are the kind of vignerons that Burgundy should welcome. Sure, like many others, they don’t have the financial resources to buy vineyards, so they rely on contracted fruit. As such, they are exposed to the same price fluctuations as other growers, but here, there are no eye-watering price hikes or self-aggrandizing and trying to create some mystique. They just make good wine.
