Jérôme Prévost may have moved into a new winery recently, but this remains very much a tiny, artisan operation run on a human scale. As always, both Champagnes are 100% Meunier. I found the 2017s particularly impressive given the challenges of the growing season. The quality of the wines is almost impossible to believe after looking at photos of fruit starting to rot on the vine following heavy rains in August. Then again, that is what talented vignerons do. They simply find a way. In 2016, the Blanc is especially stunning.
