The family has been farming vineyards since 1640, but it was François Meyer, father of current owner Felix Meyer, who started bottling with his own label. The estate owns 15.5 hectares and bottles 80,000-100,000 bottles of wine, many from some of Alsace’s most prestigious vineyards, including the Wineck-Schlossberg and the Schlossberg. The house style is one of friendly, easygoing white wines that are full of early appeal.
