Denis Bachelet advises drinking his 2012s before his '13s and I found the earlier set of wines much more approachable in November. As in a majority of cellars these days, I tasted the finished wines from 375-ml. bottles and I had the feeling that my samples here were a bit advanced. So the odds are good that the 750s in the marketplace will be fresher.
