Enzo Brezza's 2018s are quite good. There is a renewed sense of energy in the cellar that is palpable. Hopefully that continues. Brezza gave his 2018s 25-30 days on the skins. Malos were done in cement. The wines were racked into cask following a few months of natural settling. Readers should note that there is no Riserva in 2018; the best lots were blended into the straight Sarmassa.
