Nicolas Thienpont and David Suire have done a fabulous job with their entire range. Nowhere is that more evident than in the 2013 Beauséjour Héritiers Duffau-Lagarrosse, which was magnificent both times I tasted it. Whole berry fermentations lasted about 10-12 days, with both punchdowns and pumpovers, while total time on the skins was around 27-28 days, on the long side for the year.
