With over 200 hectares of vines in some of Ribera del Duero’s prime areas, this three-generation-old bodega is a big player for high-end wines in the region. The wines are made in a large, pristine and spare-no-expense winery in Pesquera del Duero, in the heart of the DO. This range of bottlings, are emphatically modern, in the best sense, and they age remarkably well. While the presence of oak (mostly French and from the best coopers) in the top, single-vineyard wines can be pronounced when the wines are young, bottle aging tones that down dramatically.
