These are the first wines I have tasted from Domaine Vincey, a relatively new grower based in Oger. The domaine farms eight hectares of vineyards, mostly in Oger, following organic and biodynamic protocols. The wines are fermented in barrel and left to chart their own course. Malolactic fermentation may or may not take place. Dosage is kept on the low side. Vincey is going to be interesting to follow. These three wines are really impressive for such a young estate, especially considering growing seasons that were not easy.
