Fabio Chiarellotto has been on a tear over the last few vintages. The 2019s are seriously impressive, to say the least, and are a confirmation of the important work that continues to be done here. It is not easy to coax this level of nuance and character in Suvereto, one of the warmest micro-climates in Tuscany, but that is exactly what Chiarellotto and longtime consulting winemaker Fabrizio Moltard have done. I can’t recommend these wines highly enough.
