About The Vinous Mentorship for BIPOC Wine Professionals:

The Vinous Mentorship for BIPOC Wine Professionals is awarded annually to two outstanding wine professionals who have exhibited a strong desire, passion and work ethic in building their career.

The Winners Will Receive:

1. Personalized mentorship from Antonio Galloni. Depending on your area(s) of interest, you may also receive mentoring from the Vinous BIPOC Advisory Board, Vinous team members and other professionals in the wine trade. 

2. A detailed program with agreed-upon goals and intermediary check points along the way to help you track your progress.

Submission Guidelines:

1. A cover letter. Tell us about yourself and your interests in the wine industry. What do you hope to achieve through the Mentorship?

2. A current resume.

3. Any other materials that will help us understand you better. For example, if you aspire to be a writer, send us a piece of your original work.


Candidates must be of legal drinking age in their country of residence and work.

The recipients of the 2021 Vinous Mentorship for BIPOC Wine Professionals will be announced by November 30, 2020.

Submissions will be evaluated by the BIPOC Wine Professionals Advisory Board. All decisions are final.
