I tasted all of Silvio Denz's wines two times. On both occasions, all were excessively sweet and oaky. Perhaps the malolactics weren't fully finished, or the samples were not prepared perfectly. I certainly hope the samples I tasted are not truly indicative of where the finished wines will end up.
