Laroque

David Suire took over winemaking duties at Laroque in 2014. There are currently three wines made off the property. Naturally, it will be interesting to see where Suire takes Laroque in the coming years, especially given his experience working alongside Nicolas Thienpont at several top properties in Saint-Émilion. The 2016 was fermented in cement and saw about four weeks on the skins. Aging is being done in a combination of barrique and larger-format oak.
