Cantina Peppucci

Siblings Elisabetta and Filippo Peppucci run this estate with the winemaking help of star consultant Lorenzo Landi. Located near Todi, the estate’s 13 hectares are planted with all the usual Umbrian cultivar suspects (Grechetto di Todi, Sangiovese, Sagrantino, plus internationals such as Merlot and Cabernet Franc) and the wines have met with considerable success in Italy. In a sign of the estate’s wines also becoming better known abroad, in 2012 two of them (Giovanni and Alter Ego) were chosen for the house wine list of the then Belgian prime minister, Elio di Rupo.
