We are thrilled to announce that La Festa del Barolo returns to New York City January 27-30 with a stunning program of lunches, dinners and masterclasses designed to highlight the best Barolo has to offer.

First held in 2011, La Festa del Barolo brings together top Barolo producers, passionate wine lovers from around the world, and dozens of renowned sommeliers for an unforgettable week of events celebrating one of the world’s greatest wines.

A note from Antonio Galloni:

Keeping La Festa intimate while also rotating attending producers from year to year has long been a priority. We are thrilled to welcome three estates that are making their first appearance at La Festa del Barolo in 2027. Prunotto is one of Piedmont’s most historic estates and one of the first to bottle single-vineyard wines in the early 1960s. Elio Sandri represents the essence of the artisan tradition in Perno, an emerging region within Monforte d’Alba. Giovanni Manzone, also in Monforte, boasts a fine tradition as a grower estate that goes back many decades.

Cannubi: An Exploration of Barolo’s Most Famous Vineyard

La Festa del Barolo 2027 kicks off with a very special event, our first single-vineyard-themed dinner. Cannubi is the most famous vineyard in Barolo. We will explore all the nuances of site as seen through the lens of four major producers on what is sure to be an unforgettable evening of wine, food and conversation. Featured Producers: G.B. Rare Wine Charity Dinner: Roagna – Rarities from the Cellar

We are thrilled to welcome Luca Roagna back to New York for an intimate charity dinner featuring a stunning collection of wines, most of which have never been released before, including several vintages of the Barbaresco Crichët Pajé Black Label Riserva and Barolo Vigna Rionda Black Label Riserva. Collectors Lunch: Elio Sandri - The Essence of Perno

Elio Sandri and his daughter, Luna, make their first appearance at La Festa del Barolo in 2027. Sandri crafts some of the most distinctive wines in Barolo from their estate vineyards in Monforte d’Alba’s Perno district. These sturdy, long-lived Barolos represent the finest in Piedmont’s artisan tradition. Big Bottle BYOB Gala Dinner & Charity Auction

We are delighted to welcome guests to The Pool, New York City’s most elegant dining room, for what promises to be an extraordinary evening of wine, food and the camaraderie the great wines of Barolo inspire. Fifteen leading producers will each host a table and pour wines from their library. In the spirit of conviviality, we invite guests to share bottles from their own cellars. The Gala Dinner is the perfect occasion to open rare large formats and special bottles. Typically many of our readers enjoy putting together their own tables. 2022 Barolo Masterclass; Burgers & Barolo Winemaker Lunch

Hear from fifteen top growers as they explain the challenges and opportunities of the 2022 vintage. This intimate tasting set in the majestic Pool Room is the perfect opportunity to ask questions and exchange views directly from the growers.
