Andrea Fusco is one of the most creative and talented chefs in Rome, if not all of Italy. It is exciting to know that he has moved his gourmet cuisine to downtown Rome away from the city’s periphery where he still maintains an Osteria. The new location in the Bernini Bristol hotel (right in front of the beautiful Fontana del Tritone) is absolutely spectacular, with one of Rome’s most magical terraces offering an unforgettable view of the city’s skyline.
